Tender by William Kroll

We have just received the first Denim jackets from Tender.
These have been designed by William Kroll and hand indigo dyed by Woad-Inc, the only remaining woad dyers in Britain. The jackets are traditionally styled and suitable for men or women. The brass buttons are cast in Devon and each jacket is finished by William to ensure quality.
There is much more information about the jackets, and indigo dyes, on the Tender website - www.madebytender.com

We will also stock an indigo dye t-shirt from Tender, hopefully these will be with us this afternoon.

Billy Lloyd and friends.
Our new exhibition showcases the work of talented young ceramic artist Billy Lloyd, along with a section of English crafts people he has worked with or admires.
Billy works from the studio of established ceramicist Julian Stair in south London where he designs and personally produces his collection. A range of mugs gently taper to the rim and come as a set of three which stack in decreasing sizes, or a single large or tall version. Billy has recently added matching jugs and a set of three bowls. The porcelain is naturally off-white, carrying minute flecks and imperfections inherent in the clay, along with the grooves made as he hand throws each piece on the wheel.
Billy's friends include Carina Ciscato, Magie Hollingworth, Nic Webb, Robin Wood, Ikuko Iwamoto and Nicola Tassie.
Join us for tea and homemade cakes on Tuesday 25th May to welcome this new collection and to watch Billy at work throwing pots in the entrance to Few and Far.
